Inspiration permeates every corner of our world, waiting to be discovered. Whether it’s in our daily interactions, the beauty of our surroundings, or the untold stories of those we pass by, inspiration is ever-present. However, in the hustle and bustle of life, and with our goal-driven mindsets, we often miss these moments, failing to pause and immerse ourselves in the narratives around us. Broken Arts Entertainment aims to redirect your focus, compelling you to truly see and appreciate the world in its myriad form,
Yet, we recognize that not all inspiration is external. Sometimes, the most profound sources of inspiration come from within. Our endeavor is to provide you with a rich tapestry of words, art, and music that not only entertains but also stirs the soul. We invite you to embark on this journey with us, to seek inspiration both externally and internally, and to embrace the beauty and potential that lies in every moment.

Joe Swenson

Joe Swenson

President, Writer, Director, and Producer

Creative outlets have been a staple of Joe’s life forever. Author of the wildly popular young adult fiction novel, Letter #3 and the upcoming sequel The Key, writing is just one of his outlets. Actor, director, screen writer, and playwright are a few more. The goal is always to entertain, be thought provoking, and potentially inspire in whatever creative outlet that is being pursued.

While Broken Arts has been around since 2014, we really started to take off in 2020 with the pandemic forcing arts to be found in unique ways. Playground Rules was born out of this. None of this could be accomplished without the support of my loving and talented family first and creative and talented friends.
