Creative outlets have been a staple of Joe’s life forever. Author of the wildly popular young adult fiction novel, Letter #3 and the upcoming sequel The Key, writing is just one of his outlets. Actor, director, screen writer, and playwright are a few more. The goal is always to entertain, be thought provoking, and potentially inspire in whatever creative outlet that is being pursued.

While Broken Arts has been around since 2015, we really started to take off in 2020 with the pandemic forcing arts to be found in unique ways. Playground Rules was born out of this. None of this could be accomplished without the support of my loving and talented family first and creative and talented people that have helped to shape and grow Broken Arts.

Hannah is responsible for all things creative that we produce in Marketing. She has been integral in increasing our social media footprint and building our Instagram, producing our shorts/reels/and more.

Hannah builds and creates content, runs a team of marketing enthusiasts, and puts the company in a position where we had over 1.2 million engagements in 2025 and makes the goal of 2 million engagements realistic in 2026.

Jack has been an essential part of Broken Arts Entertainment since 2015. Whether it was Improv, performing in Fringe, Quarantine 2038, and more. Jack is in charge of ensuring that all productions get off the ground are well supported in leadership.

Setting the right example and supporting people are the two traits that Jack exemplifies within our small community.

Vice President Post-Production Operations

Yana has been working their way into every aspect of what Broken Arts does and is and now is the VP of Post-Production Operations, setting up all post-production operations and assignments.

A perfectionist when it comes to post-production, Yana dedicates themselves to the process and ensures that everything goes to plan through follow-up, follow-through, and making the hard discussions and decisions.

Dana is a professional performer, playwright, and more. She lends her expertise to our team to teach them proper voice acting techniques as well as encouraging BAE performers to stretch their limits.

Dana’s dedication to 1:1 instruction as well as general instruction is incredible. The resources that she’s developed for Broken Arts to learn from are inspiring.

Derek is a one-size fits all leader within BAE and continues to lend his expertise in so many additional functions including voice teaching, accent training, script consultation, and more.

Derek’s talent is in ensuring that Broken Arts Entertainment stays on its trajectory and doesn’t waver. Whether it’s quality of sound, quality of performance, or anything else that will make BAE successful, Derek is a huge part of it.

Cathy has been integral in our successful transition into 100% human content creation. You can see her inspiration everywhere. In addition to being an amazing performer, her efforts with Broken Arts should be recognized everywhere!

Specializing in graphic arts, Cathy has taken over our cover art in ways that we didn’t expect. Her creation of The Future cover art was amazing and well received.

Bernie became an instant success with Broken Arts through his acting, desire to learn and take on new projects and is 100% one of the leaders of our company. His inspirational art, photography, and insight has inspired dozens of our marketing efforts.

Ian has been part of BAE since 2021 as he participated in the development of both Final Out and Crossing Lines. Ian has proven to be an excellent actor and the shows he’s directed have been outstanding, which elevates him to producer.
